Small Group Strength Training - June

Small group strength training is a personalized, trainer-led fitness program, offering tailored, progressive strength training at a lower cost than 1:1 sessions. These sessions focus on functional movement patterns, safety, and lifting technique rather than just high-intensity. Designed to build muscle, improve body composition, and enhance strength. This class also covers the content of the Youth Fitness Certification Course. It certifies youth 14-15 years to use the fitness hallway and 13-14 years to use the fitness hallway with a parent or guardian outside the class.

Payment is due at the time of registration. To cancel a registration, call the LBC at 319-895-9513 or email theLBC@cityofmtvernon-ia.gov. Cancellations submitted 72 hours prior to class are eligible for refund or household credit.
