This beginner gymnastics class is for children ages 5-6 yrs. Participants will practice tumbling and beginner skills on low beam, bar, and rings, while helping to develop their flexibility, strength, balance, body awareness and coordination.
The instructor, Erin Cordes, has a BS in Exercise Science and a Masters of Physical Therapy, Erin has years of experience coaching gymnastics and competed at the collegiate level.

Note:
This class is for children's participation, independent from their parents. Children should be potty trained and be able to use the restroom independently. Children should wear comfortably fitted clothes that they can move in (shorts/ t-shirts tucked in/ leotards are all ok), hair pulled back and barefoot.
Payment is due at the time of registration. To cancel a registration, call the LBC at 319-895-9513 or email theLBC@cityofmtvernon-ia.gov. Cancellations submitted 72 hours prior to class are eligible for refund or household credit.
